Remembering Victor Lee Luckey

Victor was a down to earth person who became disabled to the point that he had to be put on an oxygen machine. He done what he could when he could to help anyone. The life insurance company he was with was a scam.We are poor people's trying to make it from pay check to paycheck. We can't even come up with the money to have him cremated.
