Remembering Charles Andrews

Charles Eugene Andrews worked as a firefighter for the majority of his life. He also moved up in the ranks and was in charge of the Hazmat Team. He also taught Firefighter classes and that was his largest passion was teaching safety and guidance as the students graduated.
